U.S. Import Tariff Tax

We’re doing our best to keep up with the fast-changing landscape of the import tariffs and shipping regulations for all US orders. These ongoing changes can sometimes lead to delays or unexpected costs at the time of delivery, and we completely understand how frustrating that can be.

We want to be upfront. Due to these shifting conditions, you may experience slightly longer shipping times, and in some cases, your order may be subject to import-related taxes or fees based on current customs enforcement. Please know this is not something we take lightly.

Because we use a DAP (Delivered At Place) shipping method, customers are responsible for paying any duties or import fees upon delivery. We highly recommend staying in touch with your last-mile shipping provider to ensure timely payment of any required fees, which helps avoid delivery delays.
