Refund policy
At 88 Society Apparel, we are committed to providing quality products and a transparent return process. We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

In its original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, and unaltered.

Includes all original packaging and tags.

Free from odors, stains, or damage.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
How to Start a Return

Email us at Support@88societyapparel.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).

Upon approval, we’ll provide detailed return instructions.
Note: Unauthorized returns (sent without contacting us first) will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Details

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

All return shipments must include tracking information.

Clearly label the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid customs fees—we are not responsible for any such charges.

Include a note inside the package with your order number and email address.

The return must be shipped within 7 days of delivery.
Fees & Deductions

A 10% restocking fee (inventory/gas) will be deducted from clothing refunds.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Orders returned due to customer-provided incorrect addresses may incur a 25% inventory fee, and reshipment or shipping refunds will not be provided.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Send clear photos and a description of the issue to Support@88societyapparel.com.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a free exchange or refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

Custom or personalized items

Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)

Sale items or gift cards
If unsure, please reach out before submitting a return request.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item:

Initiate a return for the original product.

Once accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Customers located in the EU are entitled to cancel or return orders within 14 days of delivery—no justification required.
As with other returns, items must be in original condition: unused, unworn, with tags and packaging, and must include proof of purchase.
Refund Process
After your return is received and inspected:

We’ll notify you whether your refund is approved or denied.

If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or credit card provider may take 3–5 additional business days to post the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since refund approval and you haven’t received your funds, please contact us at Support@88societyapparel.com.
Order Cancellation Eligibility
Orders may be canceled if:

You email us within 24 hours of payment, and the order is still in a "Pending" status with no confirmation email.

The item is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled.
