Worldwide Shipping

For customers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia, shipping is complimentary for all orders over $200 USD (excluding shipping costs).

Processing Time: Processing typically requires 4-10 business days, with additional time required for certain items. Packages are dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Friday. Please allow extra time for delivery if necessary.

Shipping Partners: 88Society Apparel collaborates with reputable shipping partners such as Yun Express, HUB-HZ, E-EMS, EMS-Preferential, Registered Air Mail, SF-Express, NL-Post, China Post, and UPS to ensure prompt and accurate delivery.

Standard Shipping Method: Standard shipping rates to the US are a flat $12 USD, while orders over $200 enjoy free shipping. Delivery times typically range from 5-10 business days.

Standard International Shipping: For international orders the shipping rates are a flat $14 USD we have have two shipping routes depending on your country.

Standard International Shipping: - Delivery times typically range from 6-12 business days.

Economy International Shipping: - Delivery times typically range from 10-20 business days.

Address Details: Accurate address information, including the correct phone number, is essential. For international orders, please note that customs clearance may cause delays, extending delivery to up to two weeks. Please be advised that we do not ship to PO boxes.

Failed Delivery/Returned Packages: Packages unable to be delivered due to incorrect addresses or multiple failed delivery attempts will be returned to us at your expense. Please ensure accuracy in address and contact details.

Abandoned Packages: Packages held at customs for 30 days without resolution will be considered abandoned. Customers forfeit the right to exchange or refund for these orders.

Customs and Duties: 

The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to the origin warehouse and will not be reshipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

Editing or Cancelling Orders: Orders can be edited or cancelled within 48 hours of placement. Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, manual edits or cancellations cannot be made. For any changes within the timeframe, contact us at Support@88societyapparel.com or use the "Edit or Cancel Order" option in your order confirmation email.

International Customers: Different regions require specific address formats. Please provide your name and shipping address in English for Japan, Korea, and other countries, while Mainland China and Taiwan customers should provide information in Chinese. For overseas payments, use PayPal if your debit/credit card is declined. Default to English for other countries.

Tracking Your Order: Upon receiving your tracking number via email, track your order's status on the 'Track your order' page or at https://parcelsapp.com/. If the tracking number doesn't work, try using the provided links before contacting us.

Item Cancellation Eligibility:

An item is eligible for cancellation if:

  • You submitted a return request via email within 24 hours of payment, your order is still in "Pending" status, and you haven't received a confirmation email.
  • The order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment without any notification.
  • The ordered item is out of stock.

Free Exchanges for Defective Items:

We provide complimentary exchanges for items with defects resulting from our error. Should an issue arise or you wish to initiate a exchange, please contact us within 7 days of the item(s) arriving or being delivered.

Returns Policy:

If the item(s) do not meet the criteria below, it will be returned to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to determine the saleable condition of returned merchandise.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, unaltered, free of odors or fragrances, and in its original packaging. Upon return, a 10% inventory/gas fee will be deducted from the clothing refunds. Shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. The return must be sent within 7 days of receiving the item 

Before shipping, please photograph the return package with the shipping label. Send us the tracking number and relevant information via email to process the return.

  • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have hang tags.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • All return packages must have tracking.
  • Label the package as "returned goods" to prevent customs charges; we are not responsible for return custom charges.
  • Ensure a piece of paper with your order number and email is enclosed
  • The return must be sent within 7 days of receiving the item

For packages with attempted delivery due to incorrect customer-provided addresses, a 25% inventory fee will be deducted from the return. Reshipment or processing a return for goods/shipping costs is not possible.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed on your original payment method. WASHING AND DRYING

To preserve the integrity of your clothing (tops and bottoms), follow a gentle cleaning approach. Wash in cold water with a gentle/low spin, and choose air drying after washing. Refrain from tumble drying or using bleach, as these actions may compromise the fabric or designs. When washing, separate light and dark colors to prevent color bleeding.

Please note that we are not responsible for any damage resulting from improper washing or care methods. It is crucial to adhere to the provided care instructions to ensure the longevity of your garments.
